Pods

The majority of Marlette homes can have a "Pod" added onto their floor plan. 

A number of the Pacifica Doublewides show popular examples of homes with Pods called "Bonus Rooms" or "Family Rooms", but Pods can be also added to First Edition and Lakecrest models too.  Just ask your sales representative at Sunrise Home Center about the possibility of expanding the square footage and enjoyment of your new home with one of our Pods.
